User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsthe lady below should be ashamed at that comment. I have gone for a year every 3 months. Clara is extremely professional and runs a first class operation. It is not a colonic, which ive never had but a colonic they fill u with water and then suck the waste out. What she does is colon hydrotherapy. It is a continous flow of water thru rectum into intestines. I am not overweight and would never think that i was that backed up. however the hydrotherapy is not uncomfortable a little weird at first but she makes you at ease. There has been stories of elvis having 50 pounds of feces in his intestenses and john wayne the same. Clara will show you what you need to do to keep yourself healthy. But my experience showed me no matter how much working out and exercise you do, the older you get the more waste gets stuck in your abdomen. If you are having any problems with regularity, i think the price is 70 dollars and worth every penny. You must do this, people have died from impacted colon and all the toxins in your body. It may not be for everybody and may make u lightheaded afterword but your health is the most important. Even if u think you are regular i guarantee after the 35 minutes in the therapy you wouldnt beleive that your body could hold that much waste. C&A is the best in the business!!!

User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI had never had a colonic procedure before, was nervous and little skeptical about what the results would be, but Clara from C&A wellness center was so professional, friendly and knowledgeable, she immediately put me at ease. You can become drastically healthier in no time and actually feel a big buzz of energy in your abdomen after eating. It's excellent. Do it, I did.
