User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsArt and Soul Tattoo Parlor is underated. They are awesome! Kevin did mine and my husband's tattoos and mine was my very first one. They make you feel very comfortable, are very sanitary, and they all have lots of experience. Shepherdsville gets a bad wrap sometimes, but these guys are actually prior employees to Tattoo Charlies in Louisville, KY and their prices are a lot more reasonable and just as good as Tattoo Charlies. I rate them 5 stars, Thanks Jon and Laura

I wanted to say I got my very first tattoo at Art & Soul and would never go anywhere else for my next one. My tattoo is a tribute to my son who just came back from Iraq in Dec. The guy who did my art was great with me because he knew it was my first time-and I thank you so much for being so patient. I tell everyone I know who is wanting to get a tat to go there. Thanks for coming to Shep KY and thanks for being so great!!!
