When I try to order a part You put on ebay,and I order it, and finally have to call you guy,s to find out what happened,and I,m told some one pulled it off the shelf,and then I,m told it will take another week to get the part,then you can expect a cancellation.But for some pompus a$$ to call me a jerk because of your mistake and put it on ebay as this was all my fault.Take a look in the mirror!
Sept. I had ther service dpt. install a after market tack on my bike. $173 and a small dent on the top side of the tank and the small plastic crome bolt covers on the handle bar risers were not reinstalled. I pick it up late on Sat. and did not notice this untill after the shop had closed, I called Mon. and explained the situation to the manager and he asked if I could bring the bike in, so I was able to bring it in that Fri. The manager took the bike back to the service area and returned a few min. later. He expained to me that all three of the service tech's said the had nothing to do with the condition of the bike and that was the way it is. I replaced the crome caps and found a great paintless dent removal tech whom removed the dent perfectly for $70. After this I will take my bike to any other shop for anything that I may need and not to this shop for the reason I have documented in this reveiw.
