Have always rec'd great service, great food, and great price. We go at least every 3 weeks a month, no problems ever. Recommend this rest. to all our friends, and hope they cont. the great service.
Great food and service, just like my mother use to make. She is a great cook and born in Mexico.
Super restaurant!
Have been going there for about a year now... usually once a month - sometimes more. The salsa alone is worth the trip - best I've eaten anywhere. We've tried just about everything on the menu, and while it's all VERY good, we're partial to their fajitas. The staff is always smiling and very attentive, even when they're crowded. We don't eat Mexican anywhere else.
Their nachos supreme (or similar)? It's the largest amount of "supreme" I've seen in a restaurant. Very good also!
I gave this restaurant four stars because of the following: in response to the other reviewer who didn't care for the staff, I will say there's one waitress that didn't seem too friendly initially. I'm guessing (but could be wrong) that she doesn't speak much English. But - after 3 or 4 visits, she's been as friendly to us as the rest of the staff.
One time we had stale chips. Occasionally, the beef fajitas will come with more onions and peppers than meat. If that's a problem, let the waitperson know- they go out of their way to accommodate. Last week we went and received a smaller than usual serving of refried beans. Could be because we were late in getting there, and the place was packed. The food was just as delicious as ever. That same night, it seems that someone who called in a carry-out order had a problem... they left, and then returned, stating something was missing from their order. Again - very busy night, and as soon as the staff was made aware of the problem, they went out of their way to correct things in a very short time.
I haven't been to their other locations, but the Clermont location is really worth the visit. And if you still have room for dessert, they have a couple of traditional (good!) desserts, or you can walk across the parking lot to the DQ next door. ;-)
We'll be regular customers at Ay! Jalisco !!
