BAD EXPERIENCE. I read the 2 reviews before I went to this car wash, and I was reluctant to go, but my grandparents swore they did a great job. Well, I went and it was HORRIBLE. When they told me that my car was finished, I got in my car and my dash, middle console and cup holders were still dirty and dusty. I asked the manager to look at my car and tell me if it was done. He looked and then said, yeah, it's done, why? I said, it's all dusty still. He called over an employee and told the guy to clean it. All the guy did was wipe the dash down with a wet rag. I was very disappointed after I left. Bottom line is: poor management, half-finished services, and it's all overpriced (especially the products for sale inside the store/guest area).

THis is my second and last time at Elite Car Wash. Both experiencehave ended with a rude and disrespectful "manager" who only rebutle to a mediocre at best detailing job, "Looks alright to me!" These manager have an answer for eveything instead of caring about customer service or satisfaction. Both managers have also made the comment of " Well the owner thiks I do a good job" So my conclusion is either the owner is related to these yahoos, or he is training them to be pompous jerks. Either way, I'm done going here as are my family and friends! Hopefully after reading this, you will save yourself the money and agravation. I would have given them a negative star if I had the option!

It's a really nice place and fast service with good customer service. But they really need to work on there interior cleaning like vacuuming, detailing, and dusting. After I got out of the place, I still see crums after I payed for a complete vacuum service. But other than that, their exterior wash is also quite good but needs to hand dry better as they left dry water marks on some spots all the time when I go there, espically the side mirrors.
