New Image Auto Detail, Certified Specialist

I took my wife's '96 Audi A6, that had lived most of it's life in the Northeastern US, to Scott early this year. I had the complete detail package because our Toy Poodle had gotten sick in the back seat, (a black velor interior), and it was a disaster even after trying to clean it ourselves. And the engine components, (aluminum parts), were corroded.

We were both stunned when we got the Audi back, the engine compartment looked new and even the corroded parts looked like new again! All the crumbs and dirt that we could see but were impossible to get to was gone. The interior was immaculate.

The aluminum wheels, that I thought were a lost cause, looked excellent. And I had tried everything to get them clean. The Northern states use chemicals on the roads that really harms aluminum wheels and engine parts.

Unfortunately, the silver exterior was beyond saving because of staining and discoloration, but from 5 feet away, even it looked very good.
Needless to say, we were very satisfied with Scott's work.

Then we went to Washington, DC on business. Afterward, my wife was to drop me at the airport to fly to Costa Rica and she was to drive to North Carolina to visit friends. At 4:45 A.M. that morning a man ran a signal and I totaled the Audi. Thank God for 3 point harness' and air bags. No one was hurt.

Because we live in Plainview, I took my Miata to a detailer in Russellville 3 weeks ago because it is much closer than Conway.

I recently painted the Miata and there was overspray in the engine compartment that I wanted removed.
When I got the car back, not only was the overspray still all over the engine, but the inside of the windows had not been cleaned, the car had sat outside and gotten dusty and then it was in a light rain.
The car looked worse then when I had taken it in. The detailer refused to clean the windows or the exterior because it was closing time. Even though I live 30 miles from his business he wanted me to return the next day, but I would have to pay additional charges beyond the $100.00 that I paid that day.

Today, I took my wife's 19th wedding anniversary gift, (she doesn't know yet), a 2006 Cadillac SRX to Scott because even though it is a used car, I know he will make it perfect for her. I trust Scott and his team of professionals to make this car right and look like it came off the showroom floor. (No, I can't afford a new car, even though she deserves it.)

And Scott informed me where to get the discount coupons so I could save on the cost.

My Miata is the next vehicle that will visit Scott and than my 1990 GMC will get a buffing to bring back the shine. Cheaper than a paint job!

I would, and have, recommended New Image to friends and neighbors in Conway and Plainview.

I took my GMC Acadia to Scott about a week or two ago. I was embarrassed to show him the inside of it, it was really really bad. I had tried over the weekend to clean it myself and couldn't seem to get anywhere. There are so many nooks and crannies and the carpet seems to hold onto things like velcro! I was in tears and hating my vehicle when I finally made the appointment to take the car in. When I picked it up, I couldn't believe my eyes. The car was amazing. After we got the car home, my husband and I tried our best to find something Scott had missed and couldn't find anything until we drove it and saw that when we put the car into drive, it showed a spot that was not clean. That was the only spot in an entire mid-sized SUV that was not clean. He really did an A+ job. I can't wait to take the car back to him after our Florida trip to get rid of the sand and to fix the several scratches that my children have put on the outside.

Thank you Scott for making us happy with our vehicle again. We will for sure be back, wouldn't even consider anyone else!

The Shelton's 2007 GMC Acadia

A delightful experience! We just bought a 2003 Honda Accord for our daughter and the inside looked like an entire daycare had enjoyed their lunch in the back seat. Not to mention the parents in the front with their sodas spilled down into the door pockets. And did I mention the wet dog smell? Pewwww.

Scott and his team performed a MIRACLE on that car!

When we picked it up the next day, I was in shock: the inside looked like it just came from the showroom floor. Yes, it was THAT clean. They even used a new chemical/heat process and got the pink stuff out of the seats and the carpet (Kool Aid? Juice? Dunno...but it was ugly).

Their prices are competitive with Splash around the corner. But you won't get professionals at Splash (can we say "summer job?"). New Image Detail's guys are certified and professional. And the car was ready when they said it would be. I couldn't be happier with their service!

I have been using New Image Auto Detail for about 4 yrs now, and we love them. I have gotten to know the owner (Scott) very well over the years and found him to be very passionate about his business and serving his customers. I have NEVER had one problem at anytime since I have been taking my vehicles to New Image. I know for a fact they are committed 100% to excellence and making sure each and every vehicle is cleaned as good as it can be. His staff is trained by him and they follow a strick vehicle inspection process before the customer ever picks it up. They only do about a handful of cars a day, so they are focused on quality. I recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was happy to find that there is a professional auto detailing business in Conway. New Image is by far in a class of its own, I had an excellent experience and my vehicle was restored back to as close to new as possible. Of course the price was high, and I got exactly what I paid for, you can't expect to get prime rib at a hot dog price. I could have taken my car to any old back alley so called detail shop, but I wanted someone I could trust that had the knowledge and experience that I deserve. I paid 35K for my vehicle and I'm not about to hand it over to some part-time school kids or shady looking ex-cons, I want ture certified trained professionals.

I know exactly what you are talking about with these pop-up one day so called detail shops. I took my vehicle to this place called Leon Brittons, what a horrible experience. My carpets & seats were completely soaked to the core. It took 4 days to dry them out and it smelled horrible. I had to take my car to New Image just to have them fix the problem that Brittons caused. Scott at New Image corrected everything that Brittons screwed up. I am willing to pay extra to have a job well done by a professional than to have a cheap detail now since I know there is someone in town that is different than all the rest. I even got a $10 off coupon when I went to New Image web site.

I took my car to him and asked for a showcar quality detail. Not only did I take first place in my catagory but the judges were even amazed by how clean it was. The year before I tried doing it myself and to say the least I didnt win.

i have taken several vehicles, several times and have never had a problem. Scott really knows what he is doing when it comes to detailing vehicles. My vehicles look brand new when i pick them up which is the total opposite when i drop them off.

We have been using New Image for years as well as our friends and family. Scott (the owner) is always very knowledgeable when it comes to our automotive detailing needs and he and his staff are always very friendly. The quaility of work is unmatched with any other detailer I have ever seen. If for some reason something wasn't cleaned exactly the way we think it should, Scott it quick to handle the situation at once. They are the only Certiifed detailer in the state that I have found and the work they do is worth every penny. I will continue to use them and tell all our friends and family for years and years to come.

Hey "not happy" guy, whats your problem? Scott is a great guy and does exactly what he says he will do. I've very picky with my vehicle and it always looks like NEW ! I read that Scott (the owner) took care of problem with a smile and even gave you a great discount for any Inconvenience he may have caused you. Sounds to me like you are the problem. Have you read all his great testimonials on his web site? He must be doing something right! Some people you just can't make happy no matter what you do.
I'M TELLING ALL MY FRIENDS ABOUT NEW IMAGE and what a great job they did.

I went to new image after looking at their website & all the promises. was quoted $165.00 for interior only. must say i was not pleased with the job that was done, truck looked like a $30.00 cleaning job.After me & scott spent additional 15 minutes or so the truck looked ok but not q tip clean as advertised. cannot recommend to anyone.

I am the owner of New Image. I have corrected the problem with my employee regarding areas that were not cleaned to our company standards. This has only happened about twice in the past several years. I always correct the problem and give a nice discount along with it. I do not appreciate this review due to the fact that all I ask is that you give us a chance to correct the problem. We do rarely make misstakes, but always correct them on the spot. We have hundreds and hundreds of completely satisfied customers. We are not magicians we are detailers, we are doing our best, and we are BY FAR the best automotive detailers in the State.

Update: I have fired the employee who was responsible for vehicle final inspections. I have had problems with this employee in the past but was able to correct various problems before customers picked up their vehicles. He's strike 3 was this incident reported by "not happy". Here at New Image we try very very hard to maintain a very high standard and high quality level. We inspect every vehicle before it leaves our property and we always ask the customer if they are happy with our work, if not, we correct the problem (if possible). We will do whatever it takes to make you happy and give you the best detail you have ever had, GUARENTEED !

After looking and looking for a certified detailing shop, I finally found one. New Image did an excellent job on my 2005 BMW. I called around to different dealerships and body shops, and they highly recomended New Image Auto Detail & Reconditioning center. Great Job!

I just wanted to let everyone know what a great job New Image did on my vehicle. I have had many so called "detailers" clean my car over the years, but have not found anything close to what New Image did for me. I called Honda world service dept. to see if they could tell me who they recommend for a full detail on my car, they said New Image on Donaghey, just down from Catfish and More.

Wow! What a great service New Image provides to Conway. I had my vehicle detailed at Leon's for the same price but there was no comparison. New Image made my vehicle shine like brand new and there were no areas left undone. The quality of the work really defines "detail." Cudos to Scott and his crew for such great work. I'll be back with all my vehicles.

I just want to let everyone know how happy I am about New Image. My 4 kids and 1 dog has basically ruined my 2001 chevy tahoe. Scott at New Image took his time and explained to me everything he was going to do. The price I thought was a little high, but I had no idea of exactly what I was talking about. It took 6 hours of hard labor to get my vehicle back to looking like new again. I have a like new SUV again for a fraction of the price of a new one, and without the monthly payments. Its just like they always say "You get what you pay for". I'll be a repeat customer for many years to come.

New Image detailed my mini van in October 2008 and did an awesome job. The interior was very bad - my children spend lots of time traveling and eating in my van. I have used several other detail shops in the past, and New Image did the best job ever.

I am very satisfied. I discussed a paint appearance issue with Scott (paint appeared dull in a small area). He took time to perform a detailed inspection and then used the least aggressive orbital polish and technique necessary to address the problem area. He was very skilled, professional and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

I was totally happy with everything New Image was able to accomplish with my vehicle. I have a 1999 Ford Pick-up that was extremely dirty inside and out. They cleaned it up like a new penny, for a reasonable price as well.

I disagree totally!!! I had my entire my 1998 black bmw completely buffed from front to back and it looked brand new when I got it back. If they can buff a 10 yr old black car back to new again, they are doing something right in my book.

I had them detail my mother's car and it had a few scratches on it when I took it in.They said that they could take them out but instead they burnt my paint off and still charged me.I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.I rate them O

I am the owner of New Image Auto Detail, Inc. This incident never happened. This is a FALSE CLAIM ! I have investigated this story and found no truth. No one has ever reported any such incident. Furthermore, our waxing/buffing methods do not involve any heat, which could result in "Burnt Paint".

OH MY GOD !!!: I was about to sell my car and never look back, but after taking it to New Image Auto Detail.....It looks better than it did when I first bought it, and I bought it brand new !!

my car: there was wax that was not wiped off in several places and the inside windows had a oily film on them. other than these things which i had to redoe eveything else was fine..
