I got a remote starter for my wifes car for xmas. I told them it was a surprise and they really helped me out. I only had one key with the theft chip in it. These are very expensive and difficult to get copied. They had their key guy come in and make a copy. This was very time sensitive and I let them know. They cut it close but got it finished on time. Good guys.

I took my car in for their "remote car starter" that they advertise heavily on their web-site and internet. It started off good I called and made the apointment. Got there and they told me I needed to drive all the way back to my place because they could not install the starter without having 2 keys for the car. Then they tell me it will take a minimum of 7 hours to install.... I had a ride and nothing else to do so I just left it, I wanted the starter installed. I call them back almost 9 hours later 6:15pm... they close at 7, and am told it will be another couple of hours because they had "emergencies" on other cars. What emergencies can you have? A friend stopped over and asked nicely?? So It's now 8:40... almost 2 hours after the shop closed... and I'm still without a car. This is the most unprofessional service I have ever used and am tempted to file a report with the BBB.
