Top Hat was used in an emergency to move my vehicle to the mechanics. Oct. 2009.
Top Hat impacted bumper during loading / unloading of vehicle bending and causing about one foot of painted area to be lifted / removed. Refused to take responsibility claiming no witnesses to his actions. Do not leave vehicle in his care.
