With over 20,000 patient encounters over the last 20 years, I'm sure there have been times that I wasn't at my best. We work hard and enjoy doing our best to listen to our patients, trat them, understand their spinal misalignments and muscle spasms, have empathy for their pain, and adjust them with hands that care. Some cases are harder than others. I always strive to do my very best. Our most difficult task, getting and explaining your specific insurance benefits, with policies as unique as fingerprints, we accuratly find out individuals insurance benefits on the first visit. Presenting patients with their insurance benefits is my most dreaded part of being in practice today. This must have shown through! Also, we struggle to do follow ups to see how the 1st visit went.
