I had a little over an hour between a hair appt at Mira and a salon appt at the Body Serene on a weekday night. I decided to grab something to eat and work at the Hotel Fiesole. I walked in by myself and asked if I could just find a little spot to eat and work. The hostess offered the dining room but, not wanting to disturb the folks dining with my keyboard clacking and possible phone call asked if they had something more out of the way. I was shown the couch and table beyond the hostess stand. I was treated by the waitstaff like everyone else. They were attentive, prompt and professional. when you have a place like the HF, no request seems to throw them from their game. My food and wine were great as always, the wireless helped me get some work done, and i never felt like I was an imposition to their traditional customer. The staff were wonderful and confirmed I will go there for again and again!
Kudos to the owner and staff for having such a great refuse for the "eating alone" while I work diner.
My husband and I stayed for an overnight Valentine's day package. We frequent the other restaurants in Skippack like Parc Bistro and had been watching the renovations of the old trolley for a few years. We could not wait for it to open but wanted to wait for it to get it's growing pains out of the way before trying it. All I can say is, WOW. The detail that went into the construction and decor of this hotel is truly AMAZING. All the way down to the bedding and the mattress which were incredible. The rooms are immaculate. The restaurant upper level was very nice. The only complaint we had was our salad was bland with no dressing. The appetizer and main courses were off the charts delish. The staff was 5 star in my opinion and very accomadating. Prior to dinner we wanted to have a snack in our room and called down to the front desk to see if they had room service. They said they did not, but would accomodate and send whatever we wanted up to us. A deliscious cheese platter was brought to us. We look forward to another stay in Room 301. Thanks Guys, Keep up the good work.

Rainer Floeter, the Executive Chef and General Manager of this dual restaurant equipped hotel, is magnificent! Enjoy an exquisite dinner in the fine dining mistral or a more casual setting for lunch or dinner in the Bella Rossa bistro. Don't forget about their Sunday Brunch, that is to die for! To top all of that off, check out live jazz entertainment in the cigar bar every Friday and Saturday night!
