I dont know what the other review is talking about, however Chip saved us from making TWO very BAD home buying decisions! He was very detail oriented, and spent several hours combing through the homes we had him inspect. Furthermore, he provided us with an in depth report he created using a program on his PDA throughout the inspections complete with pictures and assesments of the damage. Would DEFFINATELY recommend, and we now own a gorgeous home! Thanks Chip! A++

LOOK FOR ANOTHER INSPECTOR!!!!!!!!

We were a first time home buyer and regret choosing Cornerstone Home Inspection.

We moved into our new home and found LOTS OF THINGS Chip missed including leaks in the roof, bad windows, rotted gutter, crumbling shingles on the back of the garage, bad wiring, and a bad boiler.

I WOULD NOT SUGGEST using this company. Chip's lack of expertise has caused us having to spend LOTS OF MONEY!!! I would hate for someone else to have to experience this.
