User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI work there also and the bottem line is that the people who dont like the coverage are the people who cant follow directions!!!!! change ur oil every six months! keep ur reciets and go to the right dealership!! honestly why the hell would this be a scam, we have pletty of satifyed customers and guess what.....THEY FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS!!!

well first off i head this is a scam. but then my truck broke down. i went to the dealer adn they paid it in fulll all i had to pay was my deductible. it was a good way to pay for a warranty. thanks

And, if you try to recoup any money owed you after selling your warrantied vehicle, be prepared to stay on hold interminably as well aslisten to lie after lie about the timeline for receiving your refund. These are charlatans and
bad business people and I will never seek a vehicle warranty from them again.
