I'm a bit shocked reading the previous review because my experience was completely the opposite. I also dealt with someone named Joe but the way I was treated was completely different. So it was either not the same guy or something is missing from the previous review that caused all of the drama. Who knows.
To begin, I was majorly screwed around by another dealership this week. You can click my name and see the review. What I really wanted was a Dodge Megacab but I thought it was way too out of my price range so I settled for an 08 Quad only to get screwed around. Anyway, I found a MegaCab at Huffines online and on a whim decided to call but it was just a little out of my price range. Not only did they work with my price but it turns out it was a HEMI and in RED!! My favorite color! (Color was the last thing on my mind, it's just the icing on the cake).
I called at 6pm. I couldn't make it to the dealership until 9:30 and they closed at 9. Rather than going home Joe stayed and waited for me. The paperwork was prepared, we went on a 10 mile test drive and I was out by 10:30pm. Smooth as clockwork! Even Geico went smoothly, they wrote and faxed a full coverage policy at 10:30pm! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I know a lot of it is luck and God must have been smiling down on us after three weeks of shopping and relentless bait and switch tactics.
While doing the paperwork I was just waiting for the catch. No catch at all. No hidden charges. No hidden warranty, inflated payments, nothing what so ever. In fact, the financing was 4% LESS than what they quoted us at the other dealership.
I have nothing but great things to say about this dealership thus far. I know the tricks, call the customer later and say "oh something isn't right" or "we need more money down" etc. etc. I know I'm not in the clear yet. And I plan to update.. trust me! I plan to update if anything goes bad. But as of now... EXCELLENT SERVICE and EXCELLENT PRICE! I'm still waiting to wake up and realize this was all just a dream and I still have more shopping to do!
My Father, Husband, 5 year old Son, and 4 month old daughter went in 2 days ago to purchase a 2008 Dodge. We went there because my Father has dealt with them for a long time, bought many a Dodge, and deal with service on a regular basis. I own a Chrysler and love it.
I tried to negotiate the price of the truck and they did not want to hear it. My Father and Husband submitted an application and Bank of America conditioned an approval. The dealership let us take the Dodge home. I needed some work done on my Chrysler, so I left it at the dealership. The Service guy called me and said that it would not be ready today and that they didn't even have time to look at it. I reviewed options online for other Dodge's and found a good comparison. I called Izzy today and he argued with me for 20 minutes over the phone and then told me to come in tonight to speak with Joe. I brought my information with me. We came in the Dodge. My Husband, 5 year old and baby girl waited in the truck. Joe started getting made at me because I was questioning the price. I told him that we would go ahead and leave the truck with them and that I would like to get my car. He said that they wouldn't get my car for me because it was in the service area, but that since we were not going to buy the truck tonight, that we needed to leave the truck. When I asked what we were supposed to do about transportation, Johnny told me that we could either call someone for a ride or I could take my 5 year old and baby and start walking. It is 32 degrees outside. Joe started yelling at me, I told him that he does not need to yell at me and he continued shouting "YOUR NOT LISTENING".
I have filed a claim with Chrysler.com. I have been crying for hours at the fact that these people can be so hateful and rude. Not once did I raise my voice, not once did I get an attitude. I don't understand how people that think and act like that can get a job, unless of course, the employer themselves are just as shady as the employees that work there.
I still have their truck. They still have my car. I have to go get it in the morning. I suggest to stay far far away from this dealership. They DON"T care about you even if it is over 20 years a relationship with them.
I took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation as i have for the past two years. I have disagreed with a couple of things over the years, but have never complained and have always given them perfect surveys. This last time when i picked up my car, the tire rotation was not done and then i proceeded to let my service advisor know. When i stepped into his office he did not look up from typing, i told him the tire rotation was not done and he handed me a business card and told me to come in when it was convenient for me and again never looked up from typing. I left and then called the next day and spoke to the service manager and told him the situation and without warning he transferred me to the same gentleman who handed me the business card and he told me he would pick up my vehicle the next morning and then bring it back when the tire rotation was complete. He never called me. I called the service manager that afternoon and he has yet to follow up with me. I have left a message for the General Manager of the dealership and I have yet to hear from him as well. This dealership has lost a loyal customer over a tire rotation. I had already spoken to the fleet manager about purchasing a 2009 Jeep Sahara and an extended warranty for this vehicle. We financed our 300 through chrysler and were going to do the same with the Jeep.
