Uptown Sports Bar & Grill

I was looking for a place to play NTN and found this place online. I went on a Friday night and it wasn't really that busy. Is $5 a drink pricey? Anyway, the only people that acknowledged I was even there were other customers. The people that go there are ok, the bartenders have their head somewhere else. I left a $15 tip hoping that it might cheer them up and may remember me next time which came the following Monday night. Beautiful gigantic screens everywhere, no bad seat in the house for sports viewing. I had the same bartender from the previous visit and the service was even worse. I am still waiting for her to take my food order. Her tip was a bit different this time to reflect her thoughtfulness. I am afraid that I will never go back. There are too many places here in town to have a good time and that will make feel like you mean something instead of being treated like a nuicence when all I wanted was an easy build cocktail, burger and fries. Stay clear NTNers.

WOW- what an awful place to go and meet your friends for any event. The first time we went was during the football season and it was ok except for the steeler fans telling us that it was their bar, then we tried for a UFC fight and we called ahead to see if they took reservations and they said no so we showed up at 6pm and all the good seats with good viewing had reserved signs on them so we asked a waitress about that and she said her gm could do whatever he wants and for us to find a seat somewhere else. Way to go above and beyond for the customer. Then we looked at the menu- what a joke that was, besides having to take out a small loan for a burger with 7 fries on the side there was nothing else good. It was a very BORING menu it's sad that a little hole in the wall like Louie's Pub (that we go to now) has better food and a better selection. Service was absolutely terrible, besides the fact that the uniforms don't fit (too much body in small clothing) nobody was around to help. They were all hanging out on the couch, or in the wait station, I finally had to go to the bar and ask for drinks and menus. Then finally our very attitudish waitress came and checked on us. I will NEVER go back to uptown and spend my money, and the more people I talk to the more it will effect your bottomline. Please take a look at what's going on.

Was there with my boyfriend the other night the food was horrible, dry chicken, terribly presented all piled up in a tiny plastic basket.
The waitress looked like she hadn't taken a shower in a week.
Please don't call us women honey, sweetheart and pat the men on the shoulder every time you come to the table.
Good place to watch sports though.
