I'm just adding to what everyone said. The place has great food; simple, nice and not pretentious atmosphere, and it's authentic Cuban. Very reasonably priced. Fried plantains with adobo to die for. It's a good 20 mile drive for us to get to this restaurant.. every time we visit friends in North Dallas, we are looking for an excuse to eat there. Enuf said!
A business associate took me there for lunch last week and I loved the place so much, I took my wife there for dinner yesterday. I had the salmon and she had the chicken cordon blue. I have never seen cordon blue prepared that way but it was delicious. They prepare the plantain two different ways and I love both. Oh, the flan was delicious. I had a cup of cuban coffee and at first I thought, why such a small cup but after drinking it, I see why. Move over Starbucks!
the best cuban cuisine ,i was saturday with my wife, and family ,we tried grilled pork steak and grilled chicken breast it was delicious ,and also the excellent dessert called flan it was just great ,we were inmediately greeted by the very friendly staff and shown to a table ,the service is really fast so if you have not tried this yet you have to try now.
