User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsDO NOT USE THIS PLACE. They are rude, unprofessional, and condescending. Both locations. They ruined a brand new pair of my pants and refused to replace them and got extremely defensive when I returned my pants. They called me a liar and refused any type of compensation. When they refused to replace my pants, I explained to them that I would file a complaint with the BBB, and they threatened me with slander of my name. Also heard of their delivery service being very unreliable and the same guy that was rude to me on the phone was rude to a commercial customer they work with, including yelling at them while at their place of business to pick up laundry.
They knocked buttons off of a shirt, no big deal, that happens all the time in dry cleaning, and they tried to get out of replacing those as well.
I can't stress to you enough NOT to use this place.
