Junior's Bar N Grill

I have only just recently discovered Junior's,but I plan on making it my regular daytime lunch spot. I have not had the pleasure yet of meeting Ryan, but Mel attends to customers attentively and the food is great! The best thing about this Bar is what it's not as much as what it is. it'd not a sports bar,(per say), or a pick-up bar or a club. What it is is a small town, at home feeling place where you can easily forget that your not at home. A real hidden treasure just outside Topeka near Forbes Field. I'm glad I found it!

This is where I am on Wednesday Nights!: Anyone that knows me knows I love this place!!! Heres why. Its owned by the nicest couple you would ever want to meet. Melynda or Mel as she is called by her friends tends the bar most days and Ryan is the most fabulous cook!! Wonderful people! Juniors is basically a military bar its located very close to Forbes Field so a lot of Military personell can be found there. But that is not why I go. Its not fancy its not a pick up bar, its not a "sports" bar or even a GREAT place to meet men. Now if you want to sit relax and hang out with some exremely nice people and have a good conversation or just hang loose and watch CSI or yes even the KU game then this is the best place in Topeka to do it.
