User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsTom Bergami is a wonderful home inspector! My fiance and I bought our first home this year and wanted somebody to inspect our home with honesty and do a thorough job! He was willing to go through step by step so we could learn more about the home and the maintenance required. Tom made buying a home a little more stress free and we knew once his inspection was complete we would know all the major defects and safety hazards we would need to take care of prior to moving into our home! I would truly refer Tom to any of my family members and friends!

Tom Bergami is an amazing home inspector. He is thorough and knowledgable. Tom followed up with repair work that needed to be performed on the home prior to us closing and returned to reinspect several times to make sure that the work was performed corectly. He also showed me, as the buyer, items that are not currently problems, but over time will be and made numerous suggestions on how I could improve my soon to be new home and maintain my investment.
Tom worked with my real estate agent, the agent for the seller and contractors quickly and professionally.
I would not hesitate to highly recommend Tom to inspect your home. In fact, I will probably call him every 5 years or so to reinspect to make sure that I am maintaining my home properly. -

I'm a first-time home buyer. Tom is very helpful, knowledgeable, and professional in our house inspection. I highly recommend his service without any hesitation. Tom, I will probably need more help from you one day when we decide to finish our basement. Thank you, Tom.
