Thank you for wasting my time.
I made an appointment on a weekday for 8:30 AM.
I was there on time and was the second person in the shop.
45 minutes later my car was still parked in the lot.
I had to get the keys back and leave.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER,..They try to sell you everything, brought the car in for an oil change, apparantly, phil, the service advisor, told me that i needed new belts, fuel filter,i have new tires on my car, they found nails in my tires, and tried to sell me new tires. they try to sell you the engine flush, coolant flush and fuel injector cleaning for a discounted price, what a scam...i talked to the tech about the car, he seemed incompetent as well, probably a high school dropout. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER, THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. if you car is out of warranty, take it to a independant shop and save over 80%. Buy nissan oem parts online for a fraction of what the parts dept tries to sell it to you. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER.
I waited 2 hrs for a simple oil change where they were trying to sell me additional services which I needed initially and then later was told they weren't needed but to do these things instead. Imagine this: they were trying to sell an Antilock Brake System (ABS) service and I don't even have ABS. They wanted to sell me an alignment but I recently had one done about 2 months ago...they then said "OH! We're going by the tire wear." They sold me on that but they never offered a tire rotation. On top of all the BS, they managed to misplace my keys. I guess they don't want me to come back because I purchased the oil change club (3 oil changes for $29.99). Since I don't really bite on their shark tactics for selling EXPENSIVE service, they figured that they're losing money from me and they don't want me back. Speaking of back, instead of bringing the car to the customer waiting entrance, they made me pick up the car myself at the back. I sure did feel like Rodney Dangerfield...NO RESPECT.
