   Gilbert Real Estate Took over the lease of the duplex that we lived in. They would not replace the hot water heater. Me and my wife were taking cold showers in the winter for 2 months. I called and stopped by the office a dozen times about my complaint and nothing was done. I then turned in a 30 day notice that I was leaving if the problem was not fixed. No one responded during the entire 30 day period. Then about 3 weeks after we moved out and into a new apartment I received a call from them. An angry women demanded that I pay what I owed them and told me to get a lawyer. They turned me over to the collections agency without my knowledge and almost ruined my good credit that I am using to get me through college. I ended up using my stimulus package money to pay them off because I don't have the time or the money to take them to court and they know that. Slum Lords all the way!!
