   I had taken my dog there several times. Three times I was unhappy with his grooming. They never offered to help me. Out of deperation I decided to give them one last shot. I was told they had a new groomer that had 20 years experience. So in we went. When I first picked him up I thought he was just tired. After a few hours he was dragging his back end and hiding. When I finally got to look at him he had a large spot on his underside that was raw. I called to complain and was told that if that did happen I'm sure he'll be fine it was probably razor burn because he's so young. The skin that had been black was now oozing pink!!!! after trying in pick my dog up again I notice an even worse patch under his tail. About in tears I called again and she blew me off as if I hadnt' been going there for over a year. She did offer to let her vet look at my dog and said she would change the chart so he didn't get groomed so close again. She took no responsibility at all. It was very umprofessional. By the way my dog had severe skin trama and had to be on an anti inflamation drug and pain medication for a week. I would NEVER do that to someone I love again!!!!!!

   Beautiful place. Great with dogs. But they don't really ask for vaccination records, which is so important. I don't want my babies to get heart worms or something from a dog that hasn't been updated on it's shots. The owners seem like wonderful people.
