About:Lou's has been specializing in used Jeep sales, service, and parts since 1946 in Geneva, Illinois. Lou?s is the place where you can find Jeep parts from 1942 to the present. We are a registered dealer of Crown Automotive aftermarket Jeep accessories, and we also sell original equipment parts. Shop with us for the latest in jeep add-ons like hitches or lift kits. If you?re in the area, we can install them too. Our sales department sells a wide range of pre-owned Jeeps. We have: ? Wranglers ? Cherokees ? Grand Cherokees ? Grand Wagoneers ? and some Willys models. If you?re looking for something in particular that's not on our lot, we may be able to point you in the right direction. Our service department has won local newspaper awards for our ""fair and honest"" business practices. We frequently service military Jeeps for local parades and re-enactments. We install lift kits and accessories, and perform regular maintenance and repair. In most cases, we'll be using original equipment jeep parts from our own department.     I had the heater core in my 2002 Grand Cherokee replaced at Lou's this week. The work was done in a timely fashion and was reasonably priced. The big plus with this experience was that there was no push to sell extra service that I didn't need. This is something I have always despised about dealership service.

    The staff at Lou's was very professional, courteous and respectful and their service is top notch. As mentioned, their facilities appear old or out dated on the outside, but don't let looks affect your decision. I highly recommend Lou's for your Jeep service needs.

    I had a 2" lift done at Lou's, and everything went smoothly. Very laid back place, you can tell it's old, but the mechanics know their stuff. Price for the service was reasonable as well. Would recommend.
