I canât believe I found your class itâs been so long. This is James from Florida! I was a student of DynaFFit when it was actually called Focus Fitness- I guess they had a name change once it became associated with the Preventive Health Group Doctors & Investment group. I wonder what Dynaffit evolved into- but if its anything like the workouts we use to get â You are in for a shock. One of the toughest yet controlled fitness programs I have ever seen. I had to move for school but I will never forget my training sessions with the rest of the class.. Florida was a hot climate to train in but Anees pushed us and before we knew it our body and mind had come to a new place. I remember we had a class of 8 but by the end of the 3rd week we were down to 4 â the âFinal Fourâ I remember David because I didnât think he would make it but he did to my surprise because he looked like he was most out of shape to begin with. Anees use to always say, âAll you need is Commitment & Courage- I will supply the restâ He was right. This program is best described as a fusion between Yoga/ Cardio-Endurance / Pain & Stamina training w/ Martial arts basics combined with Acupressure Therapy for healing. I think some people liked the therapy more than the exercises but now looking back at it- I see why the program was taught the way it was. I must have lost a good 50lbs. and my Cholest also went down to about 100! I really like the environment of the class its controlled-Kaos, just what I needed to break bad conditioned habits, Anees will help you Weather the tough with a Gentle path to a find your greater "you". I think Anees is a great instructor. If your reading this keep up the good work and I will drop in to attend a class one of these days for old times sake if its ok with you- (I really mean that- I would not want to see you mad the way you dish out the drills...HeHeHe JK)
This class will push you mentally and physically. It helps increase your strength, stamina, endurance, flexibility, and even mental strength. There is no better way to train and get in shape than to enroll in the Dynaffit program, which will push you to your own boundaries in an inclusive envrionment where the individual is key. I look forward to this class every week because it becomes an addictive workout. The trainer is highly motivated, extremely effective, and sensitive to the individuals limits. For an intense workout that will cleanse both mind and body and help you to better understand your own strengths and weaknesses there is nothing like it. I take martial arts classes and work out on my own during the week and this class makes it that much easier. You really have everything to gain by trying this class to see if it is for you. Don't be intimidated or make excusses, just give it a shot. Our group is open to new comers and will help you achieve whatever your goal might be. It really does become less of a workout and more of a lifestyle change that is enjoyable each and every time.

I attend a class taught by one of the personal trainer of the dynaffit program and I have to say that it is one of the most INTENSE fitness program that I know off. It is an hour long class that meets once every week. The exercises include cardio-training, yoga, stretching, pain tolerance exercises (these will wake you up),general kalesthenics, and variety of others. The class environment is very friendly and all exercises are done with safety in mind. The great thing about this program is the exercises keep changing every week so your body doesn't get used to doing the same exercises and have a plateau effect. The class is taught by a top notch instructor with years of training and certifications and his goal is to help you reach your next level of fitness. The class is open to everybody but is not for everybody. If you have a martial arts background or you have an athletic background and you are looking to get in shape then you should give it a try.
