PCHELP4YOU has been the best choice I have ever made! Fixed the problem within a week and wasn't to expensive! He told me what the problem was and fixed it. I asked him if I can have more memory and he said sure all you have to do is buy some memory sticks and ill put them in for you. Also very easy to work with and very intelligent. I will have no problem recommending him to other people.

I was exceptionally pleased with the prompt and professional repair of my computer. The repairs were made in a timely way and the cost was much less than others would have charged. All of the repairs that were promised were made and all programs are running efficiently.I would highly recommend Mr. Joniak's service to others and I wouldn't hesitate to call on him in the future for any repair that might be necessary.

Excellent! Best choice I could have made to give these guys a shot and fixing my computer blunders. Very intelligent and to the point of the problem. Not like "the nerd squad" who finds problems and then embellishes them to the point were you are buying a cart worth of new products you didn't even need. Explains the problem to where you can understand it and is very patient, even fixed the problem on the first attempt. On top of all this they didn't even charge me a diagnostic fee. Very very satisfied and will be going back with other computers and problems.
