User Rating: 3 out of 5 starsIn a city starved for really great Mexican, Chips is our pick for best Burito besides home made. We at the office used to go to Moes, but unfortunate experiences there led us to favor Chips today. I have heard it is owned by McDonald's?!? If so, I WISH McDonalds was more like Chips!
