I can't describe how dis-satisfied I am with the service. I am 57 years old, and lost a lung in combat. My van displays Purple Heart-Combat Disabled license plates.

The tow operator tells me that I have to push my conversion van out of my driveway because he cannot back his truck up. I have backed up boat trailers, tractor trailer trucks, you name it, I have backed it in and out of my driveway.
I tell him it is dificult for me to push this vehicle myself. He tells me that I must or he cannot tow it (12 blocks away) to my mechanic. I have 40% lung capacity, through no fault of my own. I am wearing a US Army Ranger field cap, My plates are Purple Heart plates on the van...Disabled Combat Vets on the other vehicle....so I push it.

Reliable??? not this time. I followed him in my other car just to make sure it arrived safely.

I will inform AAA of this if the company does not get back to me. This operator was 30 years younger than I, healthy, and an attitude that was more disrespectful than we ever showed the enemies we were fighting in war.
