User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsWe have been thru this car wash a few times. Today we took the car thru and went home to wax. Right away I saw scratches, straight and circular swirls, which were obviously from the car wash, all over my car (especially the swirls). We returned right away to the car wash to show the manager. He barely even looked at my car and was totally patronizing, just saying "no way that happened here, thank you and have a good day." Not only were we offended by his total lack of concern for a customer, he didn't even take the time to actually look at the car. He completely denied any responsibility and walked away. He acted as though we were lying and that it could not have happened there. BEWARE - we were trying to warn him that maybe he just check his washers to see if something was in there to make the scratches. He had no interest so you could be next.
