User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsThe coffee is great but the attention to service is poor. When they mess up an order, i.e., no cream in the coffee, or sugar added to it, or a cappachino instead of a coffee, they don't seem to care at all. I, and several of my co-workers, have arrived at work with the wrong drink on many different occasions.
The workers/management usually say "Oh, I'm sorry" when later told, but if you ask for a replacement the next day they act like you are lying to them.
I don't drink my coffee till I get settled in at work, and if it is the wrong thing I don't have the time, or the gas money, to drive back to get the correct order. Plus, my day is off to a bad start because I don't have my coffee fix!
I sent an email to the Canadian main office and they replied that they would let the manager know about it. If they did, it didn't change much.
I still go there every morning though, because it is right on my corner and I am ADDICTED to Tim Horton's coffee! So, I take my chances. But now, I ALWAYS check the cream before I leave the window, but you can't tell sugar is in it until you taste it so I have sometimes made that unpleasant discovery when it was too late!

Yes,I relate!!! 1 night it was rather late,went to the drive thru with 3 of my kids,and ordered simply 1 ex. large with 4 creams only,and another with 5/5 cream/sugars. Could she get that right? Noooooo.... How hard is that? Just 2 X Large 1 with 4 cramers,the other 5/5! My 6 year old can get that right. In fact at the Bristol one on Christmas Eve day,there WAS a 8 year old working the drive thru and that kid could even get that right.Hahaha! Proves my point there loud and clear.The girl is a ditz! Anyways,they get it wrong 2 days a week,musta been that girl again. But needless to say,they always replace it,IF the manager is notified about it,it gets taken care of.Yet the little college boy who is new there will always sit there and go "yeah,sorry about that" and do nothing. That kid wont last long with that blank attitude. Its all good though,im addicted to this S**T and they gonna have to replace it after how much they get from me a week let alone a day.What are they putting in that coffee anyways?
