User Rating: 2 out of 5 starsWe just tried this restaraunt & were very disappointed! My son's liver was tougher than shoe leather, the vegetables were barely cooked, the bisquits dry & the mashed potaoes hard & lumpy. The saving grace was the very polite & helpful staff. They were quite concerned that we were not happy. The manager discounted the bill & offered to replace our meals but we really did not want to try anything else as the mood had already been ruined. Not sure if we will ever try them again as this experience has left a bad taste in the whole family's mouth.

Claim Jumper is wonderful! The meals are big, enough to have the balance for lunch the next day, taste fantastic, and the atmosphere is great. The servers know their stuff are nice and very attentive. Try the desserts, they are toooooo goood! Most are enough to share, try the Choc Cake 6 layers high or the I Declair, eclair,both could serve 4 to 6 easy, and are excellent! They also take reservations, one of the few rest. to offer this service now adays.

This place is way over rated and way over priced. We spent $50 for lunch and the food was just "okay". Could have had something better at the food court in the mall.
