Our furniture was delayed a total of 4 weeks and frontroom admitted it was due to an error on their part. They guaranteed delivery multiple times and failed to make good each time. The worst part of the experience is the furniture did not make it in time for our holiday party. No one at frontroom seemed to really care all that much. After getting a manager involved, he offered to give me a $100 refund off my $2000 order. Their company policy is to give a $100 gift card anyways for missed delivery so I told him that was not good enough. They came back and offered $200 to us next. Wow a 10% discount for my furniture that's 4 weeks late. Seems like a terrible effort to keep a customer. They finally delivered the furniture and it was damaged. They said the part would be in within 10 days. There was no call for 30 days however. I setup the appointment at that time for the following Saturday and they were supposed to call me the Friday before to let me know a time range. There was no call Friday and no one showed Saturday. When I called to find out why no one came, they claimed they had no record of my appointment. It has been one hassle after another and I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to get this stuff worked out. I will not be doing business here again.
Watch out for these people. My wife and I placed an deposit for a sectional they had on sale. I received a call a week later stating that they could not get the sectional in the leather they were selling. They asked my wife and I to come in and select another type of leather. When we selected new leathers, they tell us it will cost us over $1000 more. I definitely felt like it was a bait and switch. I ask to cancel my order. Two weeks go by without any credit to my card. I called their accounting people and they said they never for notice the order was canceled. Definitely think twice before doing business with these people.
