I just used the Yellow Cab service and was shocked at the way I was spoken to. The man at the other end of the phone was impatient, rude and had no understanding of what good service means. My advice to Yellow cab - Its not ok to just have an American accent, its important to emulate good American customer service too!
The cab may come on time and deliver decent transport services but with customer service like the kind I received today..I am very sure I will never use this service again.
