I've had their Landscaping head designer Ken Kertznus redesign my Pembrooke Pines home, truly what my wife and I excepted even better, the tropical oasis look is outstanding. I contacted them to start working on my Ocean Reef home, so far the service is excellent, we're looking forward to our Zen design.

Good sales job and bad execution. I believe less plants were acutally planted than was on the quote. Had issues with plants dying after they were planted. Company made all kinds of excuses of why they were dying, none their fault of course.
I would recommend trying somoene else.

Client away on 2 months vacation whom doesn't water plants or add proper fertlization and nutrients, well... it is very clear what the outcome will be.
Company often misrepresents the truth. I hired the company to not only install landscape but to maintain afterwards as well. Watering was never an issue, I have sprinkler system that automatically waters plants on a daily basis, so watering was not a problem. It was their responsibility to fertilize, so if it was lacking it was do to them. Further more, I paid extra for them to maintain lawn and they burned it with fertalizer. When I ask them to repair they just threw sod on top and then cut too low killing the sod they planted. End result is I spend hundreds of dollars to end up with a worse lawn. Additionally, they just stopped showing up for service without a word. Last message I received is they would show up the next day and never did. As a furter example of the misrepresentation of the truth, they bill for sales tax which is not required by the state, I called and verified with the state department of revenue. Again with the misrepresentations, he said he would refund incorrectly charged sales tax, no check was ever received. I have facts and paper work to support, just contact me and I will be happy to share, as I do not misrepresent the facts.
