User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsCHARMING BUT NOT IMPRESSED. With the lack of eating establishments in the area, you would think the fare du jour would have a bit more taste. Other than the usual grocery store items rapidly wrung out into a meal is not impressive. Meals are served inconsistently and never prepared the same from one day to the next. The idea of a cafe only serving sandwiches, to me in my opinion is not a cafe. I ventured back during a special that was advertised and the taste just fell flat. Cafe staff seamed chaotic and not helpful at all. Bothered by all requests. I felt as though I had to eat and get out of the way. The neighboring gift shop in which the cafe shares its space is very charming with first class service. I don't get the feeling they are the same owners but the invisible line between them is a world of difference. Keep your eyes out for more reviews of the areas eating establishments.// Kitchenwriteup

Hi, I just want to let everyone that I know how great it is to have such a nice place like Kapalski's Cafe in our home town. The atmosphere is so nice, the chalk board menus are fun, The food is always spectacular. I love the grilled chicken salad, its enough to share if you must. My club will be booking the Cafe in December for our Christmas party. If you have not experienced Kapalski's yet, then by all means get up and go! You will not be sorry.

Wow, Must have been having a very bad day, as my family, friends etc have been eating at Kapalski's since they have opened....The food has done nothing but improve. The lunch specials are a huge highlight, nothing but great food. wonderful staff. The staff is always friendly, eager to serve and very informative. Dont understand the usual grocery store comment as you can not get a salad in the local area with the varity of produce in their salads. Great grilled chicken. huge variety of dressings, try the house dressing. great pastas and the dumplings are worth the wait. With the crowds that keep showing up, it appears to me that they are doing something right...Keep up the great work Kapalskis
No as we recall, we were the only people there along with another couple. There was no one there and probably for a good reason. You can't have a bad day or bad service with a total of 8 people in one establishment. Before any review is published we always go back for a second time. For the second time they couldn't even do right, for the second time they were rude, and for the second time they were out of choices, and for the second time they were bothered by all requests. We will re-vist this cafe again for and update.
