OMG steer clear of getting your oil changed here. It cost me $43.00 to have my oil changed and I didn't have special oil. Do yourself a favor and go some place else.

This has been a great place to work with. We have used Kwik Kar for oil changes and inspection stickers for the last 2 or so years. Kelly always took care of us and was honest and upfront with us and helped out anytime she could - even when we were on vacation last year in Colorado. She was a real blessing.
Well, we have had to use Kwik Kar for something esle now. I was reluctant at first as Kelly was not there anymore. But the "check engine" light came on in our Suburban late one night and was making an aweful sound. The next morning we had it towed to Kwik Kar and talked to Tim about it. He looked at EVERYTHING-brakes, differential, etc. Found nothing. Drove it. Heard nothing. Isn't that the way it always is: you hear the noise and then you get it to your machanic and it's not there.
I went home and didn't hear anything until later in the day when I went to move it. I heard the sound and immediately called Tim and told him I heard it and I was on my way back. It made the sound for him and he called Charlie @ Snider Transmission and told him about it. He said don't drive it over; have it towed over-he thinks it's the transmission. So here I go calling AAA twice in one day and wouldn't you know it, I got the same driver that I had that morning! haha He laughed too.

In short-it WAS the transmission, Tim took care of us and we are still happy with Kwik Kar and will continue to use them.
