   I would disagree. I found this salon quite by mistake one day, and have been coming back ever since. The staff at Versi is very professional. I will admit that the nail girls are full of laughter and happiness, but I've never considered that to be a bad thing. When the world is full of such hate and violence, a little humor will go a long way. Taking a cab from 1 minute away is humorous, I'd have laughed too.
   
   The services that the employees at Versi offer are...well, everything. They have always gone more than out of their way to make sure they can fit me in, making me feel "more special" than others, which is always a nice feeling. They are all so knowledgeable and just NICE. Crystal at the desk is a gem, no pun intended, always working with the stylists to ensure no waiting no hassle.
   
   I have not one complaint about Versi Riverwalk location. I recommend them to any and all...tell them Jane sent you!

   first, told them where I was coming from,which was 1 minute away,they didn't tell me how to get there, took a taxi, they laughed about it(I'm in a wheelchair), next, they charged 20. to push my cuticles back (i'm not kidding)girl talked the entire time and wasn't looking at the fact that she was filing my skin, $25 to wax my lip, didn't review after I was done,yes you could see hair, the girl was a total smart ass the entire time,(sloppy job) Would not go back. complained to me about other customers complaints. Not too smart that One! Would not recommend. Too pricey for poor service. go to Aveda spa or Woodhouse.
