User Rating: 1 out of 5 starsExercise extreme caution if you actually decide to do business with these crooks. Fenton Nissan East is a very shady establishment indeed.
They tried to "steal" our trade-in by saying that they would pay it off but then tacking $5,000.00 on to the selling price of the car. We said "no thanks" and when we tried to negotiate with them on the trade-in, the salesman and the sales manager both said we were wasting their precious time and practically shoved us out the door. We were happy to go. Its odd that they seemed to not like us "wasting their precious time", however I didn't exactly see customers beating down their doors trying to buy cars. Also, the salesman told us some sob story about his personal life, which was very tacky in my opinion. I guess he was trying to make us feel sorry for him and buy the car?
We wound up going to Hudiburg Nissan, and *shock*, they actually wanted our business and got us in the car we wanted for a fair price.-

I tried to buy a car from these guys, but they would not work with me at all. I gave their west store a shot at my business, and they took excellent care of me. They showed me that there is such a thing as a great car buying experience. Thank you again Fenton Nissan West!

these people should be ashamed of the junk they tried to sell me!!! i was insulted not once but twice by what they offered me and for the price as well!
