    So helpful! I couldn't believe it!: I am happy to see that other people enjoyed using Matt at Icon Financial too. I always try to get everyone I know to use him and I have never heard a bad word. The weird part is, most people have never heard of him until I say to use him, and then they know. I guess it's just one of those rare finds where a small company does the most amazing work out there.

    Icon was great!: I didn't know much about buying a house but Matt over at Icon pretty much held my hand the whole time and made sure I felt comfortable at every step. I have referred family and friends to them and they always tell me the same thing- Thanks for setting me up, your guy was great. And I gotta tell you, it feels great to have "my guy" to recommend to people.

    Bought my First home with Icon: My first home I bought through Icon. They were very helpful with my insurance and helping me chose a real estate agent. I got the payment low enough to afford the house I really wanted and they gave me an actual approval before I started shopping around instead of a pre-approval. I say this because I had problems with another company that said I was pre-approved and then bailed on me when I found the house. I ended up losing that house and found Icon. It was all handled very well from there.
