    The greatest carpet cleaners in town! Second time they serviced our home. With 3 children, two dogs and a cat they were in pretty rough shape. Two very polite team members showed up (on time) and explained the whole process to me first and gave me a written quote, it was $50.00 less than the estimate over the phone, that was awesome. They preformed the work as agreed and the job came out great. Clean and fresh carpets, they got every spot out I plan to have this done every six months now. Thanks again for the great service. John

    I was extremely happy with our carpet cleaning by Charlotte Carpet Cleaners. We had 6 rooms of carpet cleaning done along with two area rugs, a sectional sofa, and some tile and grout cleaning in our kitchen and baths. All areas of the service came out perfectly. I had to wait a week to get an appointment, which was the only thing that was a little frustrating. It was well worth the wait! I talk to the supervisor about it, and he said they do 65 homes a day 7 days a week and they are always booked at least a few days in advance. He also said any company that is available same day or next day probably won't do a very good job or they would be just as booked as we are. To sum it up, we were satisfied with the service and we saved about 40% off the national brands we priced. We will use this company again.

    I had the extreme pet service done two weeks ago buy your company. Jim was absolutly amazing dude, every one of the yellow spot from my dog are gone. Their was like 50 of them. You couldn't even walk outside the front of my house without that smell. Now you can't even tell we have a dog in the house. Real Cool
