As I walked in the restaurant on a thursday night, no one greeted us with a smile. Everyone who worked there seemed depressed and hated to be there. Our waitress was t e r r i b l e!! She had an extremely bad attitude and very unprofessional. NO ONE greeted us out or even thanked us for coming. (Mind you, it was NOT a busy night) The hostess just sits at the front and stares into the abyss. I seemed to have believed this place was an upscale restaurant until a Kelly Clarkson song came on. Some of the rolls we ordered were good, but overall not what we expected. They were overpriced and small. You can get bigger rolls for less the price at other nearby sushi restaurants. Sushi Katana, you need to step your game us. Please start with hiring friendly competent servers. Otherwise I will never step foot in your place again.Report AbuseWrite a comment ... -

First time let it slide now second time...my bill was for $41.00 simple service wasnt amazing but still gave $10.00 tip and when i checked my account "$92.00" R U KIDDING ME!!! This is coming from a sushi fanatic. Eat there once a week. Extremely fresh, rolls are out of this world, staff is very pleasant, nice atmosphere and its not overpriced.
