    Noir is located in Castleberry Hill (Atlanta Art District), my cousin and i went there about two weeks ago and it was INCREDIBLE!! The staff was very accomdating and the waitress are absolutely beautiful. We got there about 8:30pm on a Saturday night and relaxed and had dinner. This is definitely the place to go for drinks, taking out friends and even a date. This spot is very Hollywood so dress to impress, and get there early if you plan to go on a Friday or Saturday night. You must try this spot!
