this place sucks period!! i went in there as a female alone to buy a car they tried to sale me a dirty car and also they said i had to pay $800 for them to put new tires on the car and i had to pay 400 for them to clean it and on top of that a monthly payment of 450.00 for a 2003 vehicle with no special features. these MANAGERS thought i was stupid! they told me when i declined the vehicle that i have made a mistake and have decided to go down the wrong path in life by not purchasing a vehicle with them! haaa

so funny becuz 1 week later i HAVE a brand new durango with a payment of 300.00 loaded!! from somewhere else. they talk good game over the phone but DONT BELIEVE THE HYPE!! save yur time and money these people are a rip off!!! and the managers are in it too!

Stay away from this place! First thing they did was sold me a lemon and told me outright I could not buy a warranty with it. It should have been a clue that every electronic item would fall apart within a few weeks, which they did. I sold the car at a huge loss in under a year.

Their service department does shabby work that you have to return three or four times to get straight, and, finally, the general manager is a true rip-off artist.

When I suggested he should find some way to make his employees mistakes right he replied, and I quote, "It would not be good business practice."

NOT GOOD BUSINESS TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY PAID FOR!?!?!?!

This guy needs to go back to selling used cars while wearing a plaid suit and bowtie.

It prides me knowing I've already cost him thousands in sales through word of mouth, and I hope to warn others not to make the mistakes I did.

This dealership is representative of why Chevy is in financial ruin.

I've had nothing less than outstanding service from Hall Chevrolet, on Wester Branch Blvd in Chesapeake VA. I've used just about every service they offer including sales and maintenance. I began using Hall Chevrolet 3 years ago. I had purchased a truck in California in 2001 and moved to Suffolk. When I visited Hall Chevy to conduct repairs on my A/C, they treated me as if I purchased my old truck from Hall Chevy the day before I visited. I was so satisfied with the service and the price for my repairs that I continued to re-visit Hall Chevy for continued maintenance of my old 3500 pick-up. Last year, I traded in my old truck for a new Chevy 1500. The sales department was great, and again the service technicians have continued to be very professional. I would recommend to anyone purchase and maintenance service at Hall Chevrolet.
