Very nice doctor - Dr. Schoeb. The lady behind the desk - another thing altogether. She thinks that she runs the world or something. She tells you your insurance is no good and that you will have to pay for it up front, then even though the insurance pays, she fights you to get more money out of you. She makes up lies to cover her obnoxious behavior. I was told by the insurance company my son was covered, twice. Both times she said he wasn't and she wanted $600 up front. We paid for the entire root canal but only got 75% of the work done because she insisted I give her $600 right then. I had to hang my head low and tell my son he had to wait to get the rest done. The insurance company paid them 100% of what they wanted anyway. Again, the doctor is great. The lady behind the desk is MEAN and CONTENTIOUS. They should fire her and their practice would be the nicest one in the area.
