    WATCH YOUR BILL! Golden Margarita on the drink menu was $10, was charged $12. The waiter said to me "It's a misprint." NO, it's NOT a "MISPRINT", it's that the old menu never got changed, but the computer price did. LAZY ASS, UNCARING WAITER we had. Would have had literally 25% PLUS BEFORE that, but his attitude was horrible. YOU NEVER blame something or someone else for something you can READ YOURSELF by not being lazy and comparing the check to drink menu. If WE can see it and have NEVER ate here before, so can the SERVER since we are PAYING the server. We should have gotten at least a BUCK off our bill through the SERVER giving it to make-up for the overcharge and the rudeness of blaming the menu as if we order from the computer, you know? We left just about 11% ONLY because he apologized twice, but he shouldn't have blamed the menu. If he would have just simply ADMITTED fault by saying something like "Sorry, I didn't notice this", that tip would have been closer to 15%. NO, NOBODY wants to admit they are at fault. He had EVERY CHANCE to compare that menu to our check considering we didn't order that many items and were only 2 people with both of us getting the same food items that costs the same. I HATE the attitude that it's a misprint, when it's not true at all. It's a flat out LIE. It's the OLD MENU, so can't servers just admit they could have seen it, presented it to the manager to have gotten it fixed since they are supposed to EARN their tip by charging you correctly, THEN gave you the corrected check? You are supposed to make the time just as you are supposed to make sure I have the correct food, well the check is actually even more important since it's dealing with money. His attitude that "I got it fixed" instead of lying by saying I was right when he before said it was a misprint. So which is it, you know? I know, it's the OLD MENU and a LAZY AND VERY UNCARING SERVER about other people's money, just his tips he cares about. If I would have been the server, I would have asked the manager to comp something for OUR DELAY that the server could catch, which if the manager wouldn't, I would have personally gave the customer $2 off the bill, because it would have been something I could have easily caught myself. THESE SERVERS AREN'T ILLITERATE OR BLIND, so WHY act like the computer is where we order from? WHAT A MEAN EXCUSE FOR A HUMAN BEING. In the 3 days we have been here, we were overcharged 2 times. Once, we went for drinks and dessert at a mexican restaurant, caught the $3.50 fried ice cream on the menu, but the guy hand wrote $3.75. My husband and I keep getting overcharged. PLEASE, EVERYWHERE YOU GO, READ YOUR BILL!! YOU'D BE SUPRISED AT WHAT OVERCHARGES YOU CAN GET FROM EXTRA ITEMS, WRONG ITEMS, TO WRONG PRICES.

    Dear God, you're still at it. When are you going to get help? PLEASE! Get help! Your over reactions, hypocritical statements, and illogical rants about minor things that happen to many many people everyday who don't get upset over it, are insane! You need help! You need medication! Narcissism is not something that should go untreated. I can't even begin to understand why anyone would want to be near you. What experience did you go through that was so traumatic that you have to resort to taking power trips at restaurants in order to feel better and have something to complain and bash others about? No one is perfect and you're demanding perfection. I highly doubt, HIGHLY DOUBT, that you have never made a mistake in your life, one including money, and I doubt that anyone overreacted to that the way you seem to. For your own sake as well as ours, please get help!

    KR "hypocritical statements" What's "hypocritical" that I have said? There's NOTHING I have said that's hypocritical. "Your over reactions and illogical rants about minor things that happen to many many people everyday who don't get upset over it" First off, do you know of anyone, including yourself, that have gotten overcharged over 25 times in their lifetime at restaurants? I bet you sure don't. Do you understand that the servers aren't TRYING to charge you right, because they are too lazy to COMPARE THE MENUS WITH THE CHECK? Also, his nasty attitude that the menu is a misprint, when even when you go to the store, you don't order from a computer system, but the difference here is we are PAYING for the SERVICE, whereas in a store or fast food restaurant, we aren't. If you had it happen as MANY times as we have, you'd understand you are TIRED of being the server's babysitter and them not blaming themselves as they should since they can READ(HOPEFULLY) just as we did. We don't work there, yet, we found the error, so could have he. Instead of telling us it's a misprint, he should have said "Oh, I didn't notice this" instead. Take credit where credit is due. I am being handed a check, which means since they want OUR MONEY, they need to care about OUR MONEY when it comes check time. WHY did he have to say it was a misprint and apologize? He apologized ONLY for his tip and by telling me it's a misprint, he didn't want to admit fault. If servers would just be honest, their tip would be better. Lying helps NOTHING, because I wasn't born under a rock if I can READ a menu and compare it to my check, so can HE, NO EXCUSES to not care about your customer's money if you want them to care about yours.

This has NOTHING, NOTHING, NOTHING to do with "POWER." This has to do with no having an UNCARING, LAZY ASS SERVER!! There's NO WAY I would hand a check to someone and not at the very least, TRY to verify the prices. "No one is perfect and you're demanding perfection." You don't get that it wasn't a "MISTAKE", it was that the waiter didn't bother to COMPARE the MENU with the check. DON'T YOU GET THAT HE NEVER ONCE CARED OR TRIED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE CHARGED CORRECTLY? Especially his attitude that something is a misprint, when there's no such thing when the CUSTOMER consented to that price when they ordered, so LEGALLY THEY CANNOT CHARGE WHATEVER PRICE THEY WANT!! WE DON'T ORDER FROM COMPUTERS, SO I DON'T CARE WHAT PRICE IS IN THERE!! It was HIS RESPONSIBILITY to have checked over the check, which he didn't. Don't tell me he did, because you know as well as I do, NO SERVERS DO THIS, because they don't care about anyone else's money except their own. The food and drinks aren't just the service you know. The CHECK is a HUGE part of the service that can make or break the tip. I was seriously thinking about passed 25% BEFORE this crap happened. He could have had more if he wouldn't have LIED to us. He was MEAN, so don't you think we have EVERY RIGHT to be mean back in the tip. WHAT GOES AROUND, COMES AROUND!!

    You treat me like you don't mean the sorry(he said he was sorry, but told me it was a misprint which WAS CONTRADICTING HIMSELF by making it look like that the MENU had misprint instead of HIM being the person that was TOO LAZY AND UNCARING to try to catch the error. He LOOKED SURPRISED when I told him, so don't you DARE tell me he TRIED HIS BEST!! WHO wants to go out to eat to get crappy service? If I would have been able to have a crystal ball and know that this was going to happen, I would have requested to get another server. WHO WANTS THINGS TO GO WRONG? BTW, I HAVE HAD PLENTY OF TIME PERFECT, PERFECT SERVICE WHERE NOT ONE THING WENT WRONG!! 25%-30% is what they received depending on if something small went wrong that I just blew off if the rest of the service was perfect. Overcharges AREN'T A SMALL MISTAKE BY A LONG, LONG, LONG SHOT!!! "I highly doubt, HIGHLY DOUBT, that you have never made a mistake in your life, one including money, and I doubt that anyone overreacted to that the way you seem to." For one thing, he DIDN'T MAKE A MISTAKE!! A "mistake" is something you don't mean to do. He MEANT to NOT COMPARE THE DRINK MENU WITH THE CHECK, because HE DIDN'T ONCE DO IT!! That means this was done ON PURPOSE to NOT TRY HIS VERY, VERY, BEST!! It's kind of like not studying for a test, then failing. WHOSE FAULT IS IT THEN? Was that "F" a mistake? NO, because the person didn't TRY their very best. It's kind of like looking for a piece of paper in a stack of papers. It's one thing if you actually give it a try, but if you don't even bother to ONCE LOOK in the stack of papers, HOW IN THE WORLD WILL YOU FIND IT?

    As far you say I overreacted, that's YOUR OPINION!! $1.50 is A LOT OF MONEY and I would have ASKED the manager to comp something for doing such a thing to a customer. There's NO WAY even if the manager wouldn't comp something, that I wouldn't take at least $2 check by ME paying for the $2 if I had to if I were the server. WHY can't people be like ME, CARING, NICE, PUT SOME EFFORT INTO THE JOB, ADMIT WHEN THEY ARE AT FAULT BY NOT BLAMING A MENU, ETC,? For a fine dining restaurant, this should NEVER happen!! The waiter should have verified our check, NOT US, that's NOT OUR JOB TO DO SO, that was HIS since we were PAYING him to do so!! It's called a TIP!! "illogical rants about minor things" Stealing money is NOT MINOR!! Since he NEVER once took any effort to verify our check, that was DONE ON PURPOSE NOT TO TRY!! If you are too lazy to try, you are being lazy on PURPOSE!! He had a choice to take that drink menu and compare it to our check, but he didn't. Also, the server's money is not a "MINOR" thing. That waiter wasn't working for his health and if EVERY CUSTOMER SHORTED HIM $1.50, he WOULDN'T LIKE IT, NOR WOULD YOU!! It's NOT MINOR!! OVERCHARGES ARE MAJOR, MAJOR MESS UPS!! He would have made extra tip money from the larger bill due to the overcharge. We would have also paid more taxes as well, so we got overcharged a bit more than $1.50. He should have gave us a dollar at the VERY LEAST for overcharge us like that or even saved us time by giving us $2 instead of getting it fixed out of HIS OWN POCKET. THAT WOULD HAVE SAVED HIS TIP TREMENDOUSLY IF HE WOULD HAVE SHOWED HE CARED!! HE DIDN'T, SO HE GOT THE UNCARING TIP!!

    Our son took us to Carnaval De Brasil's for Mother's Day. It was absolutely wonderful; we couldn't have enjoyed it more. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We will definitely go back.

    Food wasn't that good. Ribs were burned. Fish was bad. Sausage lacked something. The bacon wrapped filet was tasty but that was it. I would have been happier with better food or a lower price.
