This guy definitely knows what he is doing when it comes to fixing injuries. I had an achilles issue that my doctors were talking about surgery for, due to PT not working, and my not having full dorsal flexion in it. Amazingly, only 20 minutes into the session Dave had in moving correctly and its only been 3 hour sessions and I have full motion again. An athlete's best friend is a therapist who knows how to help avoid the knife. Highly reccomended
