The food is 5 stars, surpassed only by the service. the owner and his wife,as well as all their a staff are very friendly,HELPFUL to first timers, since our first visit, and every one after they welcome diane and i like( old friends), CLEANLINESS!!!! BEING IN FOOD SERVICE FOR MOST OF MY LIFE I CAN SEE WHEN ITS BEING DONE RIGHT ! This is a must stop for a vet... or first timers. we've been to other places , and none stack up to SAKAI.... GO AND HAVE FUN

I waited for years for a sushi place to open somewhere within driving distance of my home. In the rural Midwest, that can be a futile wait. So naturally, I was thrilled when this place opened - even more thrilled when I found that it's REALLY GOOD TOO! The sushi is fantastic, and the staff could NOT be any nicer! They are always friendly and attentive - welcoming customers as they arrive and sending good wishes as they leave. Unfortunately, I haven't managed to try to hibachi side of the restaurant (though I'm such a regular that they all know me and my kids by now), because we always hit the sushi. I've heard good things though, and I'll get to the cooked side eventually. :) If you're craving sushi and you're in the area, this is the good stuff and the real stuff. Fear not the cheap prepackaged stuff just because it's rural Ohio. The ingredients are all at their freshest and most delicious. Highly recommended!!!

Great Place Best SUShi that i have had always friendly. Clean, even the Hibaci chef was fun. But not japenesse, like going to disney land and seeing chuckie cheese. But was fun.. and good food
