About:Our mission is to fill our gastrobrewery with fun and energy while providing a 'down to earth', high level of service. We embrace the same 'down to earth' approach to cooking and brewing. This begins with crafting food and beer with pure ingredients which naturally produce genuine, great flavors. The menu at DESTIHL focuses on high quality food that pairs well with our beers and exceeds our guests' expectations of typical 'brewery fare'. Our culinary team creatively combines and reinvents flavors from America's melting pot with both traditional techniques and contemporary, ethnic twists on classic American favorites, utilizing from-scratch cooking and often incorporating influences from Latin American, Mediterranean and Asian Cuisines. Our brewery likewise focuses on handcrafting a wide array of beer styles, utilizing both classic, global traditions and new American craft brewing ingenuity. DESTIHL also offers our guests a full range of domestic and imported wines.

    I cannot think of one bad thing about this place! Right from the start the service was fantastic. The menu had many different options - some very original. I ordered the flat iron steak with an Oktoberfest brew and my wife ordered the American Kobe burger. Even my wife liked the beer! The burger was so thick and served with delicious potato wedges. Steak was served with a chimmichurri sauce and fingerling potatoes. Wife had to get dessert so we ordered the carrot cake and pumpkin bread pudding w/ cinnamon ice cream. We split the pudding and took the cake home - they both were so large you could split with 3 people! The atmosphere was great too! We can't wait to come back to this place!
