User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsI love this service! It saves you time and money! They always bring your laundry nicely folded and fresh. It is a huge money saver when you consider the time and climbing stairs and the cost of detergent/softener PLUS however much your apartment charges you for the dryer/washer!!! I love their staff, so friendly and they make sure to put your best interests first. They take care of me as if I was their only customer and I know they do that for everyone else as well.

I've been using The Laundry Bag since I moved to Chicago, the truly have the best laundry valet service in the city. I use them for the aprons and linens at my business and they are âsimply marvelous.â

This service is awesome!!! Because my lifestyle is active with work, friends, traveling, this service fills the void and provides me time to do the other things I need to do. I especially like the quick turnaround. Its as if I had a housekeeper that washed them at home for me and put them back in the closet. I never felt like the clothes were gone. I dont usually write reviews but this was a service I thought people should know about.
