This company may be okay for glass replacement, but do not hire them to "get the fog out," by drilling holes into windows with broken seals. It voids any warranty remaining on the windows (which is where one should go first for a broken seal!) and caused our windows to get rusty, damaged. We are now in the window replacement category costing $5000. Save your money and replace the glass up front.

Did you go the BBB? This doesn't make sense... sounds like a warranty issue from the manufacturer. I know the process and don't see how it could cause rust..Please write me at cornelldocumentation@yahoo.com I would love to learn more...doesn't make sense.
