    Hold on. Yes, the atmosphere is very interesting. As in - great place for cocktails and bar appetizers and a bit of socializing. But you want good Thai food? Go a few blocks away to Thai-Noon. Serious efforts there to get it right. I'd give Siam a 3.5. Wait staff was nice, a bit harried and distracted, but a solid effort was made to make things right.
