User Rating: 5 out of 5 starsRoyal Automotive is definately the best experience I have had at a dealership!! Although I am only 19 and haven't had much car buying experience, my mom had gotten a great car at Royal Automotive and I had mentioned that I had been looking for an Audi A4. I told them my price range and they were able to find my DREAM CAR for me!! It was great! They found me an Audi in Excellent shape, good mileage, in my price range and completly everything I was looking for! It was really great too that I didn't have to keep searching for one, they went the extra mile and really helped me out! Anwar and Jay are really great and actually care about the customers and making sure they buy great cars!!! They become friends and are definately not like the great white shark salesmen that circle around you at other dealerships! I love my car and will definately recommend Royal Automotive to any AMAZING CAR SEEKERS!

While spending money on a vehicle is one of my least least favorite things I can at least say the guys at Royal made it bearable. The numbers were as they stated, the car was as they presented ( I had called ahead ) and the amount of time they said it would take to finish everything was very close. My salesperson was newer but his co-workers were more than eager to help him get the paperwork done. They actually seemed to enjoy working with each other and they treated us very well. I have seen some reviews for them and I can only say I side with the positives. I will be sure to refer some friends!
